Once again, ladies and gentlemen and the genderly amalgamated, it is that time of the year when the tree that is Milquetoast gains another ring in her dendrochronological existence.

It's almost my birthday.

A celebration is in order, the theme of which was spawned many months ago: Rock and roll.

Because I am wary of posting my home address and phone number on the Int-O-Net, I will have to ask interested partie(r)s to e-mail, leave a note, sign the guestbook, somehow otherwise communicate with me for more detailed instructions. Because I will be 21, ethyl alcohol will most definitely be involved. (For those family members reading: ethyl alcohol will be involved in the most civil and responsible ways possible.)

If it's any incentive, I will be dressed as Ziggy Stardust, and the biddies are collaborating on costume ideas for themselves.

And for those so inclined, I guess I can try to come up with possible stuff I want.

• The new Beastie Boys. I guess it's sorta essential to my existence.
• Tickets to Voodoo Fest, at least for October 16th.
• A pair of rugby shorts, black! I play women's rugby now.
• A CD player for my car. Hey, I'm just telling you what I want, not what I think you can afford.
• A clothes rack. If you could get me a rotating one like in stores, you would kick a thousand asses. But I just need something upon which to hang my garments. Check stores like Target.
• Gift certificates to places like Lush and Urban Decay. Check online.
• Furniture for my front porch.
• Gift certificate for shoes, like Journey's or Foot Locker or something.

• MIX TAPES/CD'S

And of course, another boy in a box would be fun. Hey, it worked last time I wished!
